Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.


Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship worldwide using EasyShip auto-calculated shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and carrier performance.

  • Canada: 4–10 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that these timelines do not include order processing time.


International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time before contacting us.


Lost or Returned Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
