Thank you for shopping with Dura. Please note that all purchases made through our store are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Change of mind, Sizing issues, or Accidental purchases.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@duraatelier.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and determine next steps.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
